LUMPKIN COUNTY TRANSFER STATION AND RECYCLING INFORMATION: The Lumpkin County Transfer Station
is operated by Mark Robinson Hauling and is located on Barlow Road in Dahlonega. Hours of operation are 8:00 am until 4:30
Monday through Saturday. The tipping fee is $1.00 per bag ($5.00 minimum load) or $39.50 per ton. Recycling drop off centers
are at three locations in Lumpkin County. 1642 Red Oaks Flat Road, 1925 Hwy 19 N. and 44 Radar Road. These convenience sites
are located in Dahlonega and will accept newspaper, mail, office paper, magazines, cardboard and aluminum and tin cans.
WE CANNOT TAKE ANY PAPERBOARD SUCH AS CEREAL OR CRACKER BOXES. WE CAN NO LONGER TAKE BROWN PAPER BAGS. NO HOUSEHOLD TRASH
WILL BE ACCEPTED AT ANY OF THESE SITES.

LUMPKIN COUNTY ADOPT-A-ROAD PROGRAM Residents,Citizens,
organizations, businesses and civic groups may now adopt any County road in Lumpkin County. The requirements are that a minimum
of one mile of road be adopted, unless the road is not a mile in length. The road must be picked up a minimum of four times
a year and the number of workers, hours worked and bags of trash picked up be reported back to us so that the information
can be sent into the State. We provide the forms to adopt your road and safety information along with stickers for your bags
to be disposed of at the transfer station at no charge. Also, orange vests may be available. We have a limited amount so request

UNION COUNTY TRANSFER STATION AND RECYCLING INFORMATION
Union County's Transfer Station is operated by Advanced Disposal and is located at 1226 Deep South Farms Road in Blairsville,
Georgia. Hours of operation are 7:00 am until 4:00 pm Monday through Friday and 7:00 am until 12:00 pm on Saturday. For more
information please call706-439-6102. Beginning August 13, 2007 the tipping fee is $49.00 per ton. The per bag price
is $.75 for 30 gallons and under and $1.00 for bags over 30gallons. Recycling is available at the site. Materials
taken are corrugated cardboard, mixed paper, #1 and #2 plastics (lids removed and rinsed out, please) aluminum and tin cans.
Recycling is available every Wednesday morning through the neighborhood recycling program througout the county.

COUNTY NOW OFFERS NEIGHBORHOOD RECYCLING! Beginning June 28, 2006, every Wednesday from 8am until 12pm at the following Fire
Station/Voting Precinct: Station 2 - Jones Creek Precinct Station 3 - Owltown Precinct Station 4 - Ivy Log Precinct (around
behind fire station) Station 5 - Suches Precinct Station 6 - Pat Colwell Precinct Station 8 - Gumlog Precinct Station 9 -
Coosa Precinct Station 12 - Choestoe Precinct Citizens can recycle newspaper, office paper, magazines, cereal boxes (basically,
if you can tear it, we can take it) aluminum cans and #s 1 & 2 plastic bottles with screw on type lid openings. Please rinse

TOWNS COUNTY TRANSFER STATION AND RECYCLING INFORMATION:
The Towns County Transfer Station is located on Hwy 288 at Humane Society Rd in Hiawassee, Georgia. The hours of operation
are 8:00 am until 4:45 pm Monday through Thursday and 8:00 am until 11:45 am on Saturday. The tipping fee is $47.00 per
ton. Mr. Steven Youngblood is the Transfer Station Manager and can be reached at 706-896-5743 if you have any questions. Recycling
is available at the transfer station. We take # 1 and 2 plastic bottles (lids removed and rinsed please), flattened cardboard,
aluminum cans and mixed paper. We also dispose of used motor oil at this site.

TOWNS COUNTY ADOPT A ROAD PROGRAM INFORMATION: The
Adopt-A-Road Program is being reintroduced to Towns County residents. Citizens, organizations, businesses and civic groups
may now adopt any County road in Towns County. The requirements are that a minimum of one mile of road be adopted, unless

BANKS COUNTY LANDFILL AND RECYCLING INFORMATION:
Banks County is the host county for Waste Management's R&B Landfill located at 478 Bennett Road in Homer, Georgia. Banks County
residents may deposit all household trash free of charge at the landfill. For other solid waste materials, the tipping fee
is $35.00 per ton. Waste Management's operating hours are 5am until 4 pm Monday through Friday and 6am until 11pm on Saturday.
For more information call 706-677-2650. Waste Management, Banks County and the North Georgia Resource Management Authority
are involved in a Public/Private Partnership to provide recycling to Banks County Residents.The recycling center is located
at the landfill and we take #s 1 & 2 plastic bottles (rinsed and the lids removed please) aluminum cans,cardboard and mixed
paper. WE CANNOT TAKE CEREAL OR CRACKER BOXES OR BROWN PAPER BAGS FOR RECYCLING.
